OCTO Lite The OCTOLite 150 bench top video machine from Quality Vision International (QVI) brings non-contact measurement within reach of virtually any manufacturer, Great for measuring small parts in a small amount of space, OCTOLite 150 offers a long list of standard features.

Intuitive metrology software. Measure-X^® metrology software provides an extensive set of functions for general purpose dimensional measurement.
Superior optics. OCTOLite 150 has a sharp-imaging 6.5 to 1 motorized programmable zoom lens. Images stay in focus and on-axis throughout the zoom range.
Robust staging. OCTOLite 150 features precision mechanical bearing XYZ stages with 1.0 pm linear scales. Coaxial coarse/fine XY adjustment knobs and convenient front-mounted Z motion adjustment knobs ease part positioning and focus.
Image processing. OCTOLite 150 features, full field-of-view image processing with advanced strong and weak edge algorithms.
Consistent Z axis measurement. Obtain accurate Z measurements and repeatable focus from user to user with the graphical CompuFocus feature.

OCTOLite 200/300

The OCTOLite 200/300 benchtop video machines from Quality Vision International (QVI) put the benefits of semi-automatic, non-contact video measurement within the reach of virtually any manufacturer, offering a long list of standard features.

Intuitive metrology software. Measure-X^® metrology software provides an extensive set of functions for general purpose dimensional measurement.
Superior optics. The precise 6.5 to 1 motorized programmable zoom lens keeps images in focus and on-axis throughout the zoom range. Optional lens attachments can be easily added to expanded the magnification range.
Mechanical integrity. OCTOLite systems include precision mechanical bearing XYZ transports with 1.0 pm linear scales mounted to a stable granite base and column. Manual quick release XY motion controls allow rapid positioning while convenient adjustment knobs provide precise motion. Fine and coarse Z motion adjustment knobs simplify focusing.
Image processing. OCTOLite with Gage-X features full field-of-view image processing with advanced edge detection algorithms designed for real world applications.
